If Banana Bread & Oatmeal got married & ”became one,” 

this would be their “love child”

Ingredients:

2 cups old fashioned oats

2 teaspoons vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 bananas (You can hand mash or use a baby Quisinart: $39 Bed Bath & Beyond - Don’t forget to use a coupon!) 

3 cups soy, rice, water, or almond milk (or a combination)

3-6 tablespoons pure cane sugar, brown sugar, or honey (or a combination).  We are all about choices, can you tell??   

In a pan or slow cooker, combine ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes on medium or for up to 2 hours on a low heat, stirring occasionally and adding water as needed. So Easy!!

French Bread French Toast

French Bread French Toast

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup of milk or almond milk

2 teaspoons of vanilla

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1 teaspoon of sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup & 2 tablespoons of any flour (We love oat flour.)

1 large loaf French bread 

Grab your blender or mixer and combine all ingredients minus the bread. Pour this mixture in a shallow bowl. 

Cut the French bread into thick slices.  

Dip both sides of the bread in mixture (If your Bruce, soak it a bit).  It's ready to cook in your oiled pan and be flipped over when nice and brown.  Heat up your syrup and you have one delicious breakfast!

 



 

It’s Just So Easy Breakfast Casserole

 

1 lb. Chicken Sausage

3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese

5 eggs (may substitute 3 eggs and 2 egg whites)

1 3/4 cup milk

7-8 slices of bread

Salt and Pepper to Taste

 

Cube bread and place in bottom of casserole dish.  Place cooked sausage in casserole dish on top of the bread.  Add cheddar cheese.  Whip eggs and milk and pour evenly.

Let stand 3 minutes.

Place in oven and cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until crispy on the top.  Enjoy!!
