PEANUT BUTTER SURPRISE

Ingredients:

1 cup of powdered sugar 

1/2 cup of honey

2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

1 ounce of cream cheese (nonfat/low-fat of whole)

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1 tablespoon of vanilla

1 3/4 cups of peanut butter or almond butter

1/2 - 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs

8 ounces of dark chocolate

 

Place the first 6 ingredients into a bowl and mix until creamy. Now add peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs. Create a ball, place on parchment paper and a baking sheet or you can use a mini muffin pan and fill halfway. Place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to an hour. 

Now heat up the chocolate. We like to use a double boiler. Let it cool slightly. Dip each ball in chocolate or drizzle chocolate on the top of the muffin cups. Put in the refrigerator until serving.
